Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the news service provided by TrendBiz (the "Company"), the online newspaper published by TrendLife Co., Ltd., together with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
Article 2 (Provision of Service)
The Company provides news articles, reviews and commentary on a year-round basis. Service may be suspended temporarily where operationally necessary, such as for system maintenance, in which case notice will be given in advance.
Article 3 (User Obligations)
Users shall comply with applicable law and these terms, and may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit information obtained through the service without the Company's prior consent. Users must not defame others or infringe their rights.
Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for interruptions to the service caused by force majeure or by the user. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable law and commercial practice.
