The cast of the KBS variety program '2 Days and 1 Night' conducted a morning wake-up mission by performing actions they had memorized last night. Opinions emerged among the cast members that they should conserve their energy. In the middle of the mission, a method utilizing the 'Cham-Cham-Cham' game also appeared. The cast members faced situations where they either remembered the movements during the mission execution or, conversely, were flustered because they could not remember. In the video, movements such as sit-ups were mentioned as part of the mission content. As a result of the mission, the final rankings were determined. According to the video, based on the order in which they completed the mission, 1st place was recorded as DinDin, 2nd place as Jun, and 3rd place as Lee Taek. The reward for the mission was announced to be 'Hwangtae-uriji,' specified as a 'shape-style food representing Hyungchang' that is high in protein and low in fat. It was mentioned that Hwangtae (dried pollack) is rich in protein.

After finishing the mission, the video concluded with the cast members preparing to move for the reward and moving to have their meal.
