K-Beauty Channel 'YZKZ' Led by Jeon Somi Officially Opens

CJ ENM's global K-POP content platform Mnet Plus officially launches 'YZKZ (Yeonji Gonji)', a specialized K-beauty and lifestyle channel, on the 6th.

This channel is designed to allow fans to enjoy the realistic beauty routines and lifestyles of K-pop idols in their daily lives. Mnet Plus is a global K-pop content platform that provides videos, programs, and live broadcasts from various artists.

The first program to open the channel is 'TWIN MIRROR SHOW'. Premiering on Mnet Plus at 5 PM on the 6th, this program is a makeup talk show where the MC follows the guest's self-makeup process while sharing beauty preferences and daily stories.

MC Jeon Somi shared the atmosphere of the filming site. Jeon Somi stated, "Since I was talking naturally in front of the mirror while doing makeup, it was so comfortable that I even forgot we were filming." She added, "In a joyful atmosphere like sisters with the guest, we were able to share tips and showcase the guest's honest and human charm."

Jeon Somi, who recently completed reunion activities with I.O.I members to celebrate their 10th debut anniversary, said regarding the program, "I have experienced many shoots before, but 'TWIN MIRROR SHOW' has a different kind of fun and freshness." Jeon Somi shared her thoughts on the filming, saying, "It was fresh and enjoyable to be able to talk and do makeup with the guest in a natural environment just as I am."
