Ryeowook visits birthday cafes to connect with fans, ultimately deciding against wearing glasses

To celebrate his birthday, singer Ryeowook spent time connecting with fans by visiting celebration spaces prepared by them. Immediately after finishing a shoot, he headed out to visit birthday cafes, adding a touch of lightheartedness as he debated whether to wear a new pair of glasses for his meeting with fans. However, after gauging the fans' reactions, he ultimately decided against wearing them, showing his natural side.

From "To wear or not to wear" to a birthday outing

Right after his shoot, Ryeowook approached fans with friendly charm, asking for their opinion on whether he should wear his new glasses. He showed off the new frames and asked, "Should I wear them or not?" but as fans urged him not to, he decided, "I'll go without them," drawing laughter from the crowd. He also revealed that he had been filming VCR footage for his concert since that morning, building anticipation for the behind-the-scenes footage to be released later.

As his birthday cafe tour officially began, Ryeowook visited several cafes set up near Hongdae in succession. Upon arriving at the first cafe, he expressed his gratitude to the fans who decorated the space. Looking at the handmade drawings and thoughtful decorations, he expressed his admiration, saying, "It's so beautiful" and "Did you make this yourself?" He also added warmth to the scene by responding to every gift and photo event prepared by the fans.

From Hongdae to Hapjeong: A journey to feel the fans' love

Visiting the second and third cafes, Ryeowook explored every corner of the spaces meticulously decorated by fans. He felt the fans' affection while checking the messages and photos attached to the mirrors. Repeatedly saying, "Thank you so much," he promised future encounters by sharing news about his music show appearances next week and his upcoming concert scheduled for next month.

Next, Ryeowook moved on to check out subway advertisements at Hongdae Entrance Station. Struggling to find the ad location amidst the large crowds, he showed a relatable side by eating eggs in his car to satisfy his hunger after finding the advertisement. While moving toward his final destination, the underground area of Hapjeong Station to find another ad, he also took time to look at birthday advertisements for other artists, personally visiting the precious celebration sites prepared by fans.
