A camping journey involving fathers and children unfolded at a campsite converted from a closed school located in Sondong-ri, Dongyang-myeon, Chungju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do. The cast, who visited the Dongyang Elementary School, Hwacheon Branch, which transformed into a campsite after being closed in 1995, began their journey in earnest by introducing the camping equipment they had prepared. Based on their experiences from last winter's camping, the cast prepared various equipment for this spring camping trip. In particular, one cast member expressed confidence, revealing that they had prepared the largest scale tent in the history of domestic spring camping to make up for past mistakes and not disappoint Min-guk.

Rooftop or Yard? Tent Location Decided by Book Pages

To decide where to set up the tent, the cast conducted a game of chance by opening books inside the classroom and checking the page numbers. The method was that the side with the most people appearing would win. During this process, unexpected situations occurred, such as the same person's photo appearing multiple times, adding to the tension among the cast. Confusion arose as Professor Lee Tae-gyu's photo appeared repeatedly, but ultimately, the decision was made to set up on the rooftop.

As a result of the decision to set up on the rooftop, voices of concern were raised among the cast. They mentioned risk factors such as the lack of proper places to drive pins to fix the tent to the ground and the danger of the tent floating away if the wind blows. Concerns continued regarding the possibility of the tent being caught on a ridge overnight, as well as the situation if it were to rain. Nevertheless, the cast accepted the rooftop camping and proceeded with the tent installation.

10 Servings of Pork Belly and Treasure Boxes: Children's Treasure Hunting Mission

After finishing the tent installation, the cast performed a mission to secure ingredients for dinner. The food ingredients prepared for this camping trip consisted of 10 servings of pork belly, as well as sausages, large prawns, and ingredients for fish cake soup. The cast gave the children a mission to find about a dozen treasure boxes hidden throughout the campsite. The method was that once the children found the boxes and placed them in front of their fathers, they could check the contents inside.

The children, who were waiting with their eyes closed inside the classroom, began searching for the boxes, scouring the area around the campsite and various parts of the building for a limited time of 5 minutes. The children explored the rooftop and surrounding areas to find the boxes, and the mission proceeded by having them bring the found boxes to their fathers to check the ingredients. During this process, the children's fast movements and the process of finding the boxes continued urgently.
