Lee Dong-jun makes an extraordinary offer to nephew Song Jin-woo: "50% discount on 2.6 billion won house"

Actor Lee Dong-jun created a pleasant atmosphere by making an extraordinary real estate proposal to his nephew Song Jin-woo.

In the 458th episode of the SBS variety program 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny', Lee Dong-jun invited his nephew Song Jin-woo and Minami to a house he is using as both a residence and a model house. Lee Dong-jun introduced the value of the house as 2.6 billion won and jokingly made an offer to his nephew Song Jin-woo, saying, "Since you are my nephew, I will give you a 50% discount." At this remark, suggesting he would hand over the house for 1.3 billion won—half of the 2.6 billion won price—Song Jin-woo was taken aback by the sudden price reduction and responded wittily, "It feels like something scammers usually do."

"Chairman Style" vs. "Trendy Sense"... Extreme differences in interior taste

The space visited that day is located in Namyangju and is being used by Lee Dong-jun as a model house and guest house while he conducts his real estate development business. Lee Dong-jun introduced the space by dividing it into an area reflecting his existing flamboyant tastes and an area reflecting recent trends.

The space reflecting Lee Dong-jun's existing tastes featured gold decorations and tiger statues, drawing reactions that it "looks like a chairman's house." Lee Dong-jun showed a specific style where gold must be placed everywhere and gold tiger statues must be present. On the other hand, the guest house space, decorated to reflect recent trends, was shown to have a modern sense suitable for the younger generation to reside in.

While examining the details throughout the space, the group also had a conversation after discovering an angel pattern carved into natural stone. In the process of trying to find the shape of the angel's wings and face, jokes were exchanged, brightening the atmosphere on site, such as "Only people with a pure heart can see it." The conversation continued with jokes mixed in, such as "It might be because you are Japanese that you can't see it" regarding the situation where they could not find the angel's face.

High-end kitchen facilities and Song Jin-woo's story of collecting 'treasure' cards

Among the interior facilities of the house, the spacious and pleasant kitchen area caught the eye. The kitchen, which includes all appliances, added convenience by providing a separate 'second kitchen' where meat, etc., can be grilled in addition to the cooking area. In particular, it showed a practical side by being equipped with a pantry facility that makes it easy to store food ingredients. The pantry space was confirmed to have a structure that makes it easy to store items like blankets.

During the conversation, the story of Song Jin-woo's past hobby of collecting cards also emerged. It is known that the cards Song Jin-woo collected in the past were highly valuable, costing tens of millions of won per card. The group mentioned the economic value of Song Jin-woo's past collection, saying, "There are even cards traded for about 60 to 70 million won for 3 cards." The group continued the conversation by mentioning the economic value of Song Jin-woo's past collection, saying, "If you sell all those cards, you could move into this house."
