Actor Choo Young-woo expressed his belief that 'courage' is required for the entire process of love, from its beginning to its end.

Appearing on KBS 2TV 'The Seasons - Sung Si-kyung, Your Eardrum Boyfriend', Choo Young-woo showed a sincere side as he engaged in a conversation linking the setting of the recently started drama 'Doctor of Romance' with his own views on dating. During this broadcast, Choo Young-woo introduced the contents of 'Doctor of Romance', a drama about engineering PhD students who want to become "Doctors of Romance" rather than experts who are good at dating.

'Courage' needed for every moment, from the start of love to breakup

When asked about the dating process experienced by the characters in the drama, Choo Young-woo picked 'courage' as the most important element in love. He added that not only is courage needed to start a love, but also the courage to take responsibility and continue the relationship once it has started, and even the courage to let go well when a relationship ends. His thought is that courage must accompany all stages of the beginning and the end.

In the following conversation, when asked if he is the type to approach others first, Choo Young-woo replied, "I am a courageous style." He hinted that he would be capable of actions such as asking for a phone number from someone he likes, revealing a personality that can practice the courage to start love mentioned earlier.

Conveying 'Vow of Love' through the drama OST... even showing his fan heart toward fans

As part of his drama activities, news of his participation in the OST was also shared. Choo Young-woo revealed that he sang the song himself, having been captivated by the situation in the drama and the atmosphere on set. The song he sang is Han Dong Joon's 'Vow of Love', which is widely known as a wedding congratulatory song. He said he chose this song because he liked the situation in the drama, and mentioned that he has actually sung this song on many stages.

Claiming to be a regular fan of 'The Seasons', Choo Young-woo expressed his feelings about being on stage, saying, "I always used to watch 'The Seasons' stages as Shorts before going to sleep, so it is an honor to be sitting here in person," expressing a feeling that exceeded his expectations. After finishing the stage along with natural conversations with the cast members that day, he continued the pleasant atmosphere on set by mentioning the difference in height.
