Psick Univ Rehearse Debut Show as Kwon In-ha Fans, With His Family Among the Guests

Kwon In-ha is set to hold a solo concert at the Seongam Art Center on December 27, and the members of the comedy channel Psick Univ, who are preparing a first show built around their fandom for the singer, used a new video to promote it. The clip mixes excitement and nerves as they rehearse under the concept "people whose aspiration is Kwon In-ha."

Sound checks and a hard choice of songs

As the show approached, the members concentrated on sound checks and rehearsals to raise the polish of the stage. They passed on detailed audio requests, including microphone volume, echo and pitch adjustments, creating the tension of a real performance. Their effort to turn respect for the artist into stage performance, beyond simple comedic fun, is expected to be the core of the show.

The members said they put considerable work into choosing songs, stressing that because Kwon In-ha is their model, the selection took deep thought. One member said, "I thought about it a lot after the last midterm evaluation," adding, "The song choice was only decided as of yesterday, that's how deep the deliberation went. I practiced by making sounds while driving." This reads as the result of serious thought about how to bring the artist's musical colour to the stage, beyond simply playing a character.

Kwon's family visits, with congratulations and banter

A special set of guests joined the preparations. Psick Univ invited Kwon In-ha's family to the venue and offered a modest welcome. Kwon's son appeared and drew attention, and messages of congratulations were offered to the family. The members celebrated the happy event that had come to Kwon's household and kept the mood warm.

The members also showed a relaxed side, sharing what they were eating and personal updates. Conversation touched on changes in the Psick Univ members' ranks and an episode in which one earned a new nickname, revealing the relationships among the channel's characters. They asked after one another and traded jokes, keeping the mood light through the tense preparation.

Viewer feedback and a haircut comment

The members also shared the viewer feedback that poured in after their last gathering. One member cited a comment on an earlier video about his hairstyle, and the members traded joking reactions to the change. They appeared to treat the show as a challenge rather than just comedy.

Concert details

The members announced that Kwon In-ha will hold a solo concert at the Seongam Art Center on December 27 and urged fans to book tickets. The news carries special meaning for members who profess "aspiration: Kwon In-ha."
