Broadcaster Park Eun-young has revealed her busy daily life through her first vlog. Shared via the 'Bap Eun-young' channel, the video captures the dynamic daily routine of a woman in her 30s, spanning from her commute home to a cooking class and a business trip to Tokyo, Japan.
"Desired image is Kang Min-kyung style," says Park Eun-young regarding her dream aesthetic
At the beginning of the video, Park Eun-young expressed her expectations by mentioning her intended vlog style. She stated, "My desired image is Kang Min-kyung's style," adding that she hoped to capture pure and elegant moments so that viewers could watch comfortably. However, the subsequent daily life was a continuous series of intense and busy scenes that differed from her imagined image.

After finishing filming, Park Eun-young headed to Samgakji on her way home from work. She visited a seaweed soup restaurant known for being difficult to reserve to meet a friend who is a university classmate and industry colleague. While dining with her friend, who serves as a sous chef at Jungsik, she tasted seaweed soup containing beef bone broth and snow crab, noting, "The seaweed soup is so soft and delicious." She concluded the meal with gelato.
Cooking class details: knife selection and frying techniques
Following the meal, Park Eun-young conducted a small-scale cooking class for the first time in a while. This was the first time she had reopened the classes in several years after taking a break around her visit to Hong Kong. The menu for the day consisted of yuza mayo guobaorou and shrimp fried champon.
During the cooking process, Park Eun-young shared her personal culinary philosophy. She revealed that when selecting a knife, she prefers integrated types where the handle and blade are one piece, citing hygiene as the reason, as there are no grooves. Furthermore, she identified "pounding" as the key to fried dishes. She explained that when frying meat, pounding it by hand creates a gap between the batter and the meat, allowing hot oil to penetrate during the second fry to create an even crispier texture.
Five-day trip to JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo begins
The flow of her daily life led directly to a business trip to Tokyo, Japan. Visiting Tokyo for a five-day, four-night itinerary, Park Eun-young stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo. She expressed satisfaction with the new hotel, mentioning the view and the large bed.
Her schedule in Tokyo consists of a mix of event participation and free time. Park Eun-young continued her activities in Japan, including an episode featuring the use of "Gochisousama-deshita" (Thank you for the meal) locally.
