Intense 4-minute and 30-second martial arts performance rivals martial arts films
Experts in yoga and martial arts showcased extraordinary physical abilities on the 'Ten Million Masters Show' aired by TVCHOSUN JOY.

Performances from masters pushing the limits of physical capability filled the stage. On 'Ten Million Masters Show' reported by TVCHOSUN JOY, individuals at the pinnacle of their respective fields, ranging from yoga experts to martial arts masters, appeared to demonstrate phenomenal skills.
"Wondrous beauty of the human body" core strength displayed by yoga masters
The first stage, a yoga performance, drew gasps from the cast. The movements performed by the yoga experts required powerful core strength that went beyond simple flexibility. One performer maintained an unwavering posture while executing high-difficulty moves to support a partner. Watching this, the cast could not hide their admiration, reacting with comments such as "the human body is at its most beautiful" and "it is wondrous." In particular, as performers executed difficult moves such as sitting in a lotus position on top of others, the cast expressed surprise, noting, "they are supporting that with just their abdomen."

The breathing between two people shone particularly bright during the couple yoga movements. The performers, reported to be 51 and 53 years old, led the stage with flexibility and calm expressions that made their age difference seem irrelevant. They appeared relaxed, adding explanations that yoga helps maintain a youthful appearance by smoothing wrinkles. The performance recorded a high score of 171 points, drawing votes from the audience.
A feast of Gon-sul and Taoist arts reminiscent of martial arts films
The following stage unfolded a performance showing the essence of martial arts. Through martial arts movements called 'Do' and 'Gon-sul' (staff techniques), the performers presented a production that felt like a scene from a martial arts film. The Gon-sul movements using a staff possessed both softness and strength, heightening the tension on site. The cast reacted that the stage production was like watching a martial arts film.
Immediately after the stage, the cast discussed the intensity of the performance. The martial arts master revealed that while actual competitions feature performances lasting about 1 minute and 30 seconds to 40 seconds, they continued their movements for 4 minutes and 30 seconds for this stage. Having completed a high-intensity stage that felt like performing both preliminaries and finals at once, the cast showed physical exhaustion to the point of their legs trembling, hinting at the fierce training process hidden behind the high-difficulty movements.
