Samsung brings Wuthering Waves character Eimeseu to Bixby voice

Samsung Electronics is launching a limited "Wuthering Waves Galaxy Store Special Kit" on October 26, featuring the voice of character Eimeseu recorded by voice actress Kim Ha-ru for the Bixby AI assistant. The kit includes themed merchandise and digital customization options to provide users with an emotional connection to the game character.

The character Eimeseu from the game Wuthering Waves is entering daily life through Samsung Electronics' AI assistant, Bixby. The "Wuthering Waves Galaxy Store Special Kit," introduced to celebrate the launch of the Galaxy Z series, features the character's voice and design implemented within a mobile environment.

Merchandise featuring character details and dedicated themes

Revealed through the YouTube channel Nam Do-hyeong's Blue Club, this special kit consists of various goods utilizing Eimeseu's design. The kit includes a "Magnet Card Wallet" designed with an SD character and the character's symbolic black cat, as well as "Lenticular Photo Cards" where the image changes depending on the viewing angle and an "Eimeseu String Keyring" featuring the character with various facial expressions.

Moving beyond simple merchandise, the kit increases connectivity with Galaxy devices. It includes lock screens, animated Always On Display (AOD), home themes, and dial themes featuring the Eimeseu character, designed to provide users with the experience of being with the game character while using their devices.

'Eimeseu Bixby Voice' realized with voice actress Kim Ha-ru

The core of this collaboration is the "Bixby Eimeseu Voice," recorded by Kim Ha-ru, the voice actress for the character Eimeseu. Instead of a conventional mechanical voice, users can utilize Bixby's functions through a voice that reflects the character's personality.

During actual testing, the Eimeseu voice responded kindly to everyday questions such as weather information or dinner menu recommendations. In particular, the messages of encouragement offered to exhausted users highlight the character's identity. The voice of Eimeseu, implemented by voice actress Kim Ha-ru, delivers encouragements such as "You've done well so far and you will be able to do well in the future," attempting emotional connection beyond simple voice command execution.

The "Morning Call Mode" also provides differentiated functionality. When setting an alarm, it helps users start their day by providing wake-up guidance in Eimeseu's voice along with the message, "Even if you have a lot to do today, please do not worry too much."

Limited sale at Galaxy Store starting October 26

The Eimeseu Bixby Special Kit is scheduled to be sold in limited quantities through the Galaxy Store starting October 26. Purchasing this kit will also include various benefits, such as the provision of exclusive discount coupons for Wuthering Waves.

Voice actress Kim Ha-ru, who provided the voice for Eimeseu, expressed her thoughts on the project, stating, "I am grateful for the opportunity to approach users through the character's voice via Bixby."
