Comedian Shim Hyun-seop will present his solo comedy show, 'Shim Hyun-seop Show Season 1,' at the Art Hall Madang in Seongan-dong, Jung-gu, Ulsan. Having recently settled in Ulsan following his marriage, Shim has earned the nickname 'Ulsan Son-in-law' and continues his activities while maintaining close ties with the local community. Through this performance, he plans to deliver laughter by communicating directly with local fans.

Regarding the background of the performance planning, Shim stated, "After moving to Ulsan following my marriage, I wondered how I could repay the love of the citizens." He added, "Since I wanted to bring happiness to citizens during times when laughter is needed, I am presenting the one-man show I have dreamed of for a long time here in Ulsan first." He expressed his hope that colleagues and acquaintances will visit after work on weekdays, and families will come on Sundays to relieve their daily stress.

The performances will run from June 7th to June 25th. Weekday (Tue–Fri) shows start at 7:30 PM, and Sunday shows are held at 5:00 PM. The theater is closed on Saturdays and Mondays. Shim Hyun-seop recently revealed his married life with his wife, Jung Young-rim, who is 11 years younger, through a broadcast.
