It is an office growth romance that follows the process of the protagonist Nam Da-reum (played by Kim Hye-jun) joining a company to meet her favorite star, her 'bias,' only to become the 'Employee of My Bias' through unexpected connections.

The released 'Da-reum X Hagi' version teaser depicts the first meeting between Kang Hagi (played by Kang Hoon), the CEO of the fashion platform Apello, and new employee Nam Da-reum. Kang Hagi shows wariness toward Nam Da-reum, who seems to be intentionally approaching him, saying, "This is driving me crazy," but as time passes, he cannot hide his feelings for her.
