Jin Seon-kyu confesses to 2.12 male hormone, Lee Hee-joon 10.6

Actor Jin Sun-kyu revealed that his recent health checkup results showed his testosterone levels were below the normal range. In the 321st episode of KBS2's 'Problem Child in House Season 2' (hereafter 'Problem Child in House'), which aired on the 17th, Jin Sun-kyu and Lee Hee-joon appeared to share their recent news and health status.

On this day, Yang Se-chan asked Jin Sun-kyu why he recently started exercising. Yang Se-chan posed the question, saying, "I heard you've been working out lately, Sun-kyu hyung. But I heard it's not for building muscle."

Blood sugar is normal, but testosterone is an 'emergency'

Jin Sun-kyu explained that he started exercising to control his blood sugar levels. He added, "I heard my blood sugar was a bit high, so I started exercising to manage it," and noted that his blood sugar levels have returned to normal through a recent blood test. However, his testosterone levels had dropped below normal. Jin Sun-kyu confessed that his level came out to 2.12.

When Jin Sun-kyu's level was revealed, Kim Jong Kook offered advice, saying, "You need to do more lower body workouts." In response to Yang Se-chan's question about how much the level had dropped, Jin Sun-kyu answered once more, "It came out to about 2.12."

The two actors revealed a friendship that has lasted for 27 years. Lee Hee-joon highly praised his acting skills, saying that after watching Jin Sun-kyu's graduation performance, he thought for the first time, "I could never do that." Jin Sun-kyu also expressed his affection, saying he still envies Lee Hee-joon's acting.

Regarding his relationship with his wife Park Bo-kyung, whom he has been married to for 17 years, Jin Sun-kyu said, "I always say yes to my wife. We have never fought by raising our voices."

He also reminisced about the hard life during his unknown days. Jin Sun-kyu opened up about his past of working various part-time jobs to make a living, from washing dishes in restaurants to working at convenience stores, gas stations, factories, and even cleaning apartment septic tanks. He named actor Oh Man-seok as a lifelong benefactor. He shared that Oh Man-seok not only cut his hair and bought him meals when he first moved to Seoul but also provided great help when he got married, saying, "I have always wanted to express my gratitude to him."
