The members of KBS2 '1 Night 2 Days Season 4' threw themselves into a challenge to claim incentive money trapped inside ice.
In the episode of '1 Night 2 Days Season 4' aired on July 19, Kim Jong Min, Moon Se-yoon, DinDin, Lee Joon, Lee Yong-jin, and Lee Ki Taek, celebrating their 2026 Summer Workshop, began their first game. To support the members struggling in the heatwave, the production team placed incentive money inside ice. The mission requires melting the ice to retrieve the contents within a 10-minute time limit without breaking it. Two members form a team and take turns melting the ice.
Lee Joon's competitive spirit, even involving his armpits
As soon as the mission began, Lee Joon showed his competitive spirit by taking off his shirt. He shouted, "I'll do it. My armpits generate a lot of heat," and immediately began rubbing the ice against his armpits. His teammate DinDin advised him on the technique, saying, "Hyung, you can't just hold it there. You have to rub it."

The production team instructed the Kim Jong Min and Lee Yong-jin team to start over from the beginning. Once the use of water was prohibited, Lee Yong-jin suggested using their hands to Kim Jong Min, but Kim Jong Min expressed hesitation, saying, "You want me to use my hands for what I was doing with my feet?"

Ultimately, using hands was the fastest. DinDin also used his hands, saying, "Hands are the fastest." Moon Se-yoon showed confidence, saying, "We are the fastest because we have the most body heat," and eventually, the team of Moon Se-yoon and Lee Ki Taek melted the ice first and secured the incentive money.
The final results varied by team. The team of Moon Se-yoon and Lee Ki Taek melted 3 ice blocks and took 12,000 won. The team of DinDin and Lee Joon melted 2 ice blocks and obtained 2,000 won. The team of Kim Jong Min and Lee Yong-jin melted 1 ice block, but since it only contained words of encouragement, they recorded a final total of 0 won. During the mission, Kim Jong Min also secretly rubbed ice on the backs of Moon Se-yoon and Lee Joon.
