KBS 'The Husband' Episode 6, an extreme confrontation unfolds between the kidnapper Noh Man-hee and Seyoon Ko.
A desperate struggle mixed with blood and tears unfolds on a frozen lake. Ahead of the broadcast of episode 6 of the KBS 2TV weekend mini-series 'The Husband' on the 19th at 9:20 PM, still cuts of an extreme chase race where the lives of the kidnapper and the victim hang in the balance have been released.
The previous 5th episode was highly tense. After Yi Suhyŏng (Park Byeong-eun), who had cooperated with Kang Tae-joo (Namkoong Min), died, the case entered a new phase as Kang Tae-joo alone captured a decisive clue regarding the identity of the kidnapper Noh Man-hee (Kim Dae-myung). In this process, the ending depicted Seyoon Ko (Lee Seol) attempting to escape by throwing an hourglass at Noh Man-hee. Viewership ratings are on the rise. Episode 5 recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 5.4% and a peak rating of 7.4% per minute according to Nielsen Korea, an increase compared to episode 3 last week. In particular, the scene where Kang Tae-joo conveys information to Yi Suhyŏng about the transaction site revealed by Noh Man-hee recorded 7.4% per minute.
A collision between the will to survive on ice and a mad smile
In the released still cuts, Seyoon Ko runs across the ice. Despite staggering as if about to fall, she shows her will to survive. On the other hand, Noh Man-hee's situation is different. Even while bleeding after being hit by the hourglass thrown by Seyoon Ko, he pursues her with a cold expression. Kim Dae-myung expressed the madness of Noh Man-hee's emotions with a cruel smile while watching Seyoon Ko attempt to escape. Lee Seol also portrays the will to survive in an extreme situation, showing the contrast between the two running on the ice.
In episode 6, the story will unfold as to whether Seyoon Ko can escape the pursuit of the kidnapper Noh Man-hee and reunite with Kang Tae-joo. The acting of the two actors, who will continue the tension of the crime thriller, is the key to this episode.
