The relationships among the cast members of 'I Am SOLO, Love Continues (Na-sol-sa-gye)' are shifting rapidly ahead of their final choices. In the ENA·SBS Plus 'Na-sol-sa-gye' episode aired on July 23, the triangular relationship between Woman 2 and Woman 3 surrounding Young-su from Season 8, and the conflict of Woman 1, who was hurt by the choice of Young-cheol from Season 26, were depicted.

“I didn't come here to see this” Woman 2's protest

Young-su from Season 8 had a lunchbox date with Woman 2 and Woman 3, but the atmosphere was cold. In a situation where Woman 3 had previously declared a severance of her relationship with Young-su, the conflict began during the meal when Woman 3 remarked, “I didn't actually come here to see this kind of thing.”

Woman 2 showed signs of being flustered, asking, “What kind of thing is this?” When Woman 3 replied, “I didn't want to become a somewhat interfering element,” Woman 2, unable to contain her anger, said, “I'm going to the bathroom,” and left the spot. Defconn expressed concern, saying, “The date is turning into a mess right now. What are we going to do about this?”

Young-su did not hide his wavering heart. He cautiously asked Woman 2, “I was actually thinking of changing my mind at the last minute when making my choice. Are you perhaps hoping I reach a conclusion now?” but Woman 2 shook her head with a complex expression. He then followed up with Woman 3, asking, “So, has your feeling toward me ended?” but Woman 3's response of “I don't know” surprised the MCs on set. Ultimately, Woman 3 decisively cut off Young-su's lingering feelings. Even though Young-su approached her saying, “You kept weighing on my mind,” Woman 3 firmly stated, “I don't want to hear those things anymore. I showed you through my actions. I think it's over.” Although Young-su tried to hold on, saying, “It's not over until it's over,” Woman 3 rejected him again, saying, “I'm already done.”

In an interview, Woman 3 revealed her inner thoughts, saying, “I wish he wouldn't give me any false hope. I feel like I was being played.” Having been rejected, Young-su returned to the accommodation and shed tears while repeatedly listening to Jannabi's 'For Lovers Who Hesitate.'

“Trust shattered” Woman 1 feels betrayed by the choice of Young-cheol from Season 26

The conflict surrounding Young-cheol from Season 26 also erupted. Young-cheol from Season 26 overturned the choice Woman 1 had expected and chose Woman 4. Since Young-cheol had requested Woman 1 to choose him the previous day, Woman 1, who had opened her heart, expressed her sense of betrayal, saying, “I would have rather eaten alone. I expected this. I knew he wouldn't come.”

She expressed her disappointment in Young-cheol's actions, saying, “Yesterday, Young-cheol from Season 26 asked me to choose him. So my heart leaned toward him last night. I said I like people who keep even small promises.” The cast members empathized with Woman 1's feelings, saying, “This is huge,” and “If it were me, my trust would be shattered too.” Woman 4, who appeared later, asked, “That's not about me, right?”

Young-cheol met Woman 1 and apologized, saying, “I wanted to say I'm sorry. Because there was a promise made yesterday, it ended up being a lie, which was hard for me as well.” However, Woman 1 drew a cold line, saying, “Thanks to you, my mind is made up. It only sounded like an excuse. You should feel sorry for taking away my right to choose.”

Afterward, Young-cheol revealed to Woman 4 that his final choice was her, explaining it meant “let's get to know each other more.” However, Woman 4 replied, “That seems too light to view it that way.” When Young-cheol explained the issue regarding his promise to Woman 1 again, Woman 4 reacted by saying, “It seems to have become more complicated.”

Mismatched date choices and conversation about international marriage

As a result of the date choices on the third day of the Solo Pension, Young-su from Season 8 chose Woman 2 and Woman 3, Young-cheol from Season 26 chose Woman 1 and Woman 4, and Young-su from Season 17 chose Woman 5. On the other hand, Young-ho from Season 1, Young-ho from Season 7, and Young-cheol from Season 12 were unable to meet a date partner.

The cast members shared their opinions on international marriage at the accommodation. Young-ho from Season 7 said, “Even when Koreans date for a long time and marry, they discover different sides of each other. It's right to keep possibilities open.” Young-ho from Season 1 added, “People marry because they love each other, so what does a border matter?” and Young-cheol from Season 12 said, “If it's a Japanese person residing in Korea, it's okay even if they can't speak Korean.”
