KBS2 weekend drama 'The Husband' is entering its full-scale second act. The 6th episode, aired on the 19th, recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 6.7% and a peak rating of 8.8%, ranking first across all channels in the same time slot, including terrestrial broadcasting.
In the ending of episode 6, Kang Tae-joo (played by Namkoong Min) attempted to rescue his wife Seyoon Ko (played by Lee Seol) from the kidnappers No Man-hee (played by Kim Dae-myung) and Kim Kyeong-ae (played by Lee Sang-hee), only to be hit by a sudden shovel attack from No Man-hee.
The start of the second act where scattered foreshadowing comes together
From episode 7, which will air on the 25th at 9:20 PM, the scattered foreshadowing within the drama will begin to unfold in earnest. The production team stated, "The charm of the second act lies in piecing together the clues that have been scattered everywhere like a puzzle," adding, "From the second act onwards, there will be a continuous series of unexpected shocks."

The image of Kang Tae-joo and Seyoon Ko enjoying a picnic with their daughter Ha-yoon in the past contrasts with their current divorce crisis and the kidnapping incident. Why the couple No Man-hee and Kim Kyeong-ae, who kidnapped Seyoon Ko, are so obsessively targeting them is also a major point. Chairman Ko Dong-chan's secret and his relationship with Cha Myeong-hee
The actions of Ko Dong-chan (played by Jang Gwang), Kang Tae-joo's father-in-law and the chairman of Woori Hamkke Hospital, also fuel suspicions.
