A playful behind-the-scenes look at NEXZ members ahead of their Venue101 EXTRA performance has been released. Instead of the tension typically felt while preparing for a stage, the footage captures the members' lighthearted banter and quirky personalities.
Seita's quirky charm with a "star-themed" name and a hamburger mukbang
Appearing in light blue uniforms, Seita livened up the atmosphere by calling himself the "Star Prince." Emphasizing that his name contains the character for "star," Seita added that its meaning is "to be reborn." This prompted playful teasing from the members, who laughed and remarked that he was acting like a "middle schooler with an identity crisis."
The mealtime scene also drew attention. While choosing their menus, the members revealed their individual tastes. When Seita opted for a teriyaki burger, the members teased Haru for choosing a cheeseburger, calling him "the baby" of the group. Haru showed a mature side, expressing gratitude for the meal and noting that who he eats with is more important than what he eats.
Haru's passion for composing and members preparing for relay dance
A more serious side of the group as artists was also captured during their stage preparations. Haru introduced his belongings, revealing the MacBook and headphones he uses for composing. Mentioning equipment received from a producer, Haru expressed his deep passion for music production, noting that he has been working on his own tracks recently.
Just before the main performance, the members engaged in relay dance practice to perfect their performance of "Mmchk (Japanese Ver.)." Sogeon showed his meticulous approach to achieving a high-quality performance by seeking direct advice from YU regarding his stage presence. During the practice session, the members also released plenty of energy by filming challenge videos and having an arm-wrestling match.
Through this appearance on Venue101 EXTRA, NEXZ gained valuable experience performing in a large hall. After finishing their stage, the members shared their thoughts on being able to connect closely with the audience, raising anticipation for their future activities.
