From Hong Kong-style Char Siu to Parfait, an experimental course built in layers
On this day, Chef Park Eun-young presented a course combining various ingredients, starting with a dish utilizing Hong Kong-style Char Siu. The first dish, the Hong Kong-style Char Siu, added flavor by mixing in peanut butter and was evaluated as capturing both texture and freshness by being served with cucumber. The following 'Parfait Princess' was characterized by a composition that layered heterogeneous ingredients such as cream cheese, figs, arugula, avocado, scorched rice, and corn.

In particular, the white wine prepared with the dessert continued the flow of the tasting by emphasizing the theme of an 'adult woman.' Following the order of the dishes, the cast members ate through the layers of ingredients, experiencing unique changes in texture and taste where warmth and coolness coexisted. The subsequent noodle dish and steak were also provided in experimental forms where various sauces and ingredients harmonized.
