On the stage of KBS 2TV's 'Gag Concert', a segment was held where the character Pengsoo was put on trial for the "crime of being uneducational." In the video, Pengsoo stood in the defendant's seat because he showed uneducational behavior despite being from EBS.

In the segment, which proceeded in a trial format, Pengsoo claimed his innocence and showcased various special talents. Mentioning his time in Antarctica, Pengsoo sequentially demonstrated a 360-degree rotation move, beatboxing, and yodeling. In particular, when the cast's response to his yodeling was lukewarm, he joked, "The response is so poor that I won't sing it," teasingly saying he was "playing with the emotions of the Gag Concert audience."

Pengsoo explained that he can rotate 360 degrees so that he can look behind him at any time, preparing for when predators might approach to eat him during his time in Antarctica. He then demonstrated beatboxing, even combining two beats. Following this, Pengsoo made a radical proposal to heighten the tension of the trial. He pledged that if anyone at the trial site could win a game against him, he would resign from EBS to signify the washing away of his sins. Pengsoo added, "Please, win against me," saying he would come to KBS.

Pengsoo sheds tears in 10 seconds, a staring contest battle with the "real Pengsoo"

The event chosen for the game involving the resignation was a "staring contest." Pengsoo took off his glasses to participate in the staring contest, but he lost while shedding tears in less than 10 seconds after the game started. According to the subtitles in the video and the reactions of the cast, Pengsoo showed a weak side by bursting into tears during the staring contest.

During the trial process, confusion increased as a new setting emerged stating that the "real Pengsoo" must be found. As reports continued that the Pengsoo currently on stage was not the real one, another Pengsoo character appeared to form a confrontation. The newly appeared Pengsoo clashed with the existing Pengsoo, mentioning the Antarctica faction. As the two characters continued the staring contest, a commotion ensued, such as a situation where it was difficult to locate the eyes. The side of the courtroom even suggested that the person whose body turns when Pengsoo is called should be recognized as the real Pengsoo.

Concluding with a yodeling stage alongside Park Seong-ho

After the commotion, the stage was organized into a moment to once again confirm Pengsoo's special talents. The cast mentioned the yodeling performance shown by Pengsoo and concluded the segment by singing Pengsoo's yodel once more together with Park Seong-ho.
