Kang Young-hyun's 3-day, 2-night trip invited to New York Fashion Week... "A dopamine-bursting experience"

DAY6 member Kang Young-hyun shared his 3-day, 2-night journey to attend New York Fashion Week. Even for him, now entering his 12th year, this New York schedule came as a new type of itinerary.

Kang Young-hyun began his local schedule after completing the long 14.5-hour flight to New York. He attempted to adjust to the jet lag by soothing his fatigue from the flight by binge-watching a drama. Upon arriving in New York and staying at his accommodation, he shared his impression of the special space, saying, "It's my first time seeing a hotel with a grand piano in the living room."

The dynamic atmosphere of New York was evident even during his movements. After having a meal with tacos locally, he headed to the fashion show venue. Experiencing the road conditions in New York, which were filled with extreme traffic congestion and noise, he conveyed the local atmosphere, saying, "It is definitely New York. The traffic in New York is very heavy."

At the fashion show venue, which was the core of this itinerary, Kang Young-hyun spent time among glamorous celebrities. Even while facing cameras in all directions, he did not panic and adapted to the atmosphere of the scene by offering greetings. While the show was in progress, he focused on the performances and outfits on the stage.

There was also an unexpected meeting at the scene. Kang Young-hyun spotted Eric Nam at the show site and exchanged warm greetings, and after the show ended, he experienced the flow of the scene by conducting media interviews. Regarding this experience, he expressed the short but intense sense of presence, saying, "Dopamine was bursting."

After completing the short 3-day, 2-night schedule, Kang Young-hyun boarded a plane heading back to South Korea. He recalled that this New York schedule was "an experience I'm seeing for the first time in my life, so it was very honorable and fun." Having had many thoughts during the short schedule, he shared his feelings, saying, "I also feel like I should live diligently."

Above all, he did not forget his affection for the fans who supported him. Kang Young-hyun expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thanks to My Day, I was able to try things like this and that."
