ID Marks First Debut Anniversary at The Fact Awards With New Choreography

ID shared its thoughts on reaching its first debut anniversary and the preparations for its performance at The Fact Awards. A video released by the group showed focused choreography rehearsals ahead of the show, as well as more relaxed moments at the venue.

New choreography and an outdoor morning stage

Before the performance, ID worked through its choreography to refine the stage. Members carefully coordinated movement directions, wrist positions and where to look, while adjusting the intensity of the choreography to balance it with live singing. They also focused on details such as differing movement directions and leaning backward.

The members said they had learned new choreography for the performance. One member said, “We learned completely new choreography on the day of the live performance. It was really fun, and I’m really looking forward to the actual stage.” The outdoor show, scheduled for the morning, was also a new experience. “It’s almost my first time performing in the morning. It’s six o’clock—daytime, morning, evening—and it’s outdoors, so the sun hasn’t set yet,” a member said, describing the setting. On the staging, a member said, “There aren’t many LED elements, so we have to show it through energy.”

Hotel rooms and downtime between performances

The members also shared stories about their hotel stay at The Fact Awards. Discussing the room assignments, one member said, “When we arrived at the hotel, everyone was saying their rooms were nice. But I thought mine was just a dump. It turned out the members’ rooms were twice as big as mine, and they had been assigned by age order. Mine was the smallest room.” The member added, “It was actually nice because it was compact.”

The members relaxed with food at the venue, discussing combinations such as beef brisket with fried tofu, as well as hot dogs and cup noodles. One member said beef brisket wrapped with fried tofu was their favorite combination. A member listed the available food: “There are fish cakes, tteokbokki, Samsong Bakery and Myeongnyang Hot Dog.” Another said, “I usually like hot dogs with potato pieces stuck on them, but in my case, it’s a ‘honggoja’ hot dog.” The members kept the mood light, teasing one another as they ate cheese hot dogs.

“We’ll run toward a new year”

ID marked its first debut anniversary with its appearance at The Fact Awards. “We wrapped up today so meaningfully for our first anniversary. As far as I know, about 365 days have passed,” a member said. The members added, “Starting with The Fact Awards, ID will now run toward a new year, so please give us lots of attention and anticipation,” sending their greetings to fans. They ended the day by checking messages of support and saying they would read them just before the main performance the next day.
