KEYVITUP discuss musical goals and ambitions ahead of comeback
Ahead of their comeback, KEYVITUP members discussed goals ranging from choreography, beat-making and vocal covers to writing rap lyrics and composing melodies. They also described plans to develop their skills over time and show fans sides of themselves they have not yet shared.

As KEYVITUP prepare for a comeback, members have shared their musical questions and ambitions for future activities, outlining goals beyond performance in choreography, beat-making, vocal covers and rap writing.
Members look to build on their individual strengths
Discussing the projects they would like to take on, one member said they wanted to create choreography as the main dancer. Others spoke of making a cover as the main vocalist, writing their own rap as the main rapper and exploring melody composition.

One member said that when interpreting lyrics and singing, they focus on finding parts that the people they love most might like, then maximizing the song’s strengths. The member described this as their own way of determining a song’s feel.
The members said they recognize that there are limits to what they can show during their activities and are considering how to use their free time to share their talents. They expressed interest in trying different formats, including editing videos that capture their natural sides and making official cover videos, to show fans aspects they have not yet seen.
Musical growth as preparation for the future
The members described their musical experiments as preparation for the future rather than one-off efforts. They mentioned expanding into genres such as pop and J-pop and said they hoped to someday share songs they had made themselves. They framed the work as something they are starting now “with my future self in mind,” taking a long-term view.
One member also recalled advice received while practicing rap in the past: making use of breaks to keep practicing, even a little at a time, could help improve their skills.
Their anticipation for the comeback was tied to a desire to grow. The members said they want to show further development on stages such as broadcast performances, suggesting that their current preparations are an important step toward the comeback.
