The trip began at Lee Seon-min's house. Lee Yong-ju and Yoo Young-woo visited Lee Seon-min's house and announced the start of the trip by proposing a 'First Penguin' mission. Before departure, the three engaged in bickering over a mission to pack their bags within 5 minutes. The video presented the condition that if they pack within 5 minutes, they can eat conch bibimbap, mulhoe (cold raw fish soup), Jeokbokju, etc., but if they fail to pack within 5 minutes, they must turn around and eat ramen and kimbap.

During this process, Lee Yong-ju mentioned Lee Seon-min's state of preparation. In the video, a situation appeared where Lee Seon-min's packing was delayed because he was focusing on grooming, such as styling his hair or using BB cream and sunscreen. It was also mentioned that Lee Seon-min had gone to experience being an idol at 2 AM. Upon arriving at Sinsimodo, the group showed interest in the local food. Various menus using conch, such as conch bibimbap, conch mulhoe, flatfish mulhoe, conch kalguksu, conch jang-kalguksu, and conch ramen, were mentioned, but the video confirmed that the conch jang-kalguksu was Sold out. Yoo Young-woo even attempted to practice rock-paper-scissors during the menu selection process.
