Kim Yong-pil's performance gives grieving fan the courage to live again
On the 15th episode of "Tralala Brothers," singer Kim Yong-pil provided emotional solace to a fan who found the strength to continue her life through his music. The episode also featured a lighthearted moment involving a young fan of singer Jin-uk.

A fan named Yoon Sun-nam regained her will to live after watching Kim Yong-pil perform "About Romance," a song that helped her overcome the loss of her husband to stage 3 lung cancer.
A story has been shared demonstrating how music can serve as a force that sustains a person's life. In the 15th episode of "Tralala Brothers" released by TV CHOSUN JOY, a fan's account revealed how she regained her will to live through a performance by singer Kim Yong-pil.
"A gift from heaven"... A life restarted through Kim Yong-pil's song
Yoon Sun-nam (66), who shared the story, confessed to falling into deep loss after losing her husband to stage 3 lung cancer while living in the countryside. It was Kim Yong-pil's stage that lifted her up after she had considered giving up on life due to her husband's absence and feelings of guilt.

Yoon reported feeling the presence of her late husband while watching Kim Yong-pil sing "About Romance," which was her husband's favorite song. Having previously cried while watching Kim during his "Mr. Trot" competition because his image reminded her of her husband, she found solace through his singing. "It feels like a gift sent from my husband in heaven, telling me not to follow him," Yoon said, adding that she has decided to live with strength rather than just grieving for him. She is currently building a new life by starting Shine Muscat grape farming.
Upon hearing the story, Kim Yong-pil expressed a solemn heart, stating, "The profession of a singer can actually save a person's life." He comforted the fan by addressing her husband, saying, "I believe he has gone to a good place. I will go meet him and have fun, so please do not wait for me."
A seven-year-old's 'love triangle': Pure fandom for Jin-uk
A subsequent story introduced a pleasant "love triangle" between a seven-year-old daughter and her mother. Lee Eun-suk, a 44-year-old housewife, shared that her daughter Ga-won—who is usually stubborn and talkative—becomes gentle only when watching videos of singer Jin-uk. Lee noted that her daughter is such a fan that the threat of "I won't show you videos of Uncle Jin-uk" actually works.
Knowing that the minimum age to attend a Jin-uk concert is eight, Ga-won is eagerly counting down the days until she can meet him next year. To communicate with her daughter, Lee Eun-suk requested a video call with Jin-uk. During the video call, Jin-uk showed affection as he saw a drawing Ga-won had made of him. In the drawing, Jin-uk was depicted sitting stylishly in a chair.
Ga-won demonstrated her extraordinary fandom by singing Jin-uk's song "Farewell Letter," to which Jin-uk responded by saying she sings so well that he might not be able to sleep. During this process, the mother, Lee Eun-suk, drew laughter from the scene by jokingly suggesting, "Come over to play when Dad isn't home."
