Ji Suk-jin pays 516,000 won for Running Man food tour
During a food tour at Namdaemun Market, SBS 'Running Man' member Ji Suk-jin was forced to pay 516,000 won of the 572,000 won total cost after losing a game to determine who would use a corporate card.

Ji Suk-jin was forced to pay 516,000 won of a 572,000 won food tour at Namdaemun Market after losing a measuring tape game to determine the use of a corporate card.
While the members of the SBS variety show 'Running Man' were conducting a food tour at Namdaemun Market, Ji Suk-jin ended up paying a large meal expense after a game of chance to determine the use of a corporate card.
A struggle for the 'corporate card' decided by a measuring tape
The core of this tour, as reported by SBS 'Running Man', was whether or not to use a corporate card. The production team offered a corporate card, but set a rule that if certain conditions were not met, one of the members would have to pay the entire cost with their personal card. The first hurdle was for one representative to answer a quiz to find the hidden location of the corporate card. Yang Se-chan correctly answered a quiz regarding 'desk theory' (taksang-gongron) and located the card, marking the start of the game to decide the payer.

The method of payment was decided through a game of chance using a measuring tape. Seven personal cards and two corporate cards were lined up; a representative would pull the measuring tape and stop, and the card pointed to by the end of the tape would be the one used for payment. A harsh rule was applied: if the corporate card was selected, all five members could eat, but if a personal card was selected, only the payer and one person they designate could eat, leaving the other five unable to join.
The members, including Yoo Jae-suk, desperately hoped the tape would stop at the corporate card. However, the tape stopped at the section containing Ji Suk-jin's card. Consequently, Ji Suk-jin was designated as the payer, expressing his disappointment by saying, "It's such a waste."
Mixed emotions during the Namdaemun Market food tour
The menu enjoyed at Namdaemun Market was braised 'deokja,' a high-end fish served to honored guests in the southern provinces. The members had a pleasant time enjoying the market food. During this process, they continued the market tour while sharing news about Park Ye-eun, who is preparing for marriage, and exchanging conversations regarding wedding songs.
As the designated payer, Ji Suk-jin was placed in a situation where he could not eat with the designated person. The members reacted individually while checking the amount Ji Suk-jin paid. The total cost used for the market tour was tallied at 572,000 won. The amount Ji Suk-jin had to bear amounted to 516,000 won of that total.
"Can I pay in installments?" Ji Suk-jin's bitter joke
As the large payment amount was confirmed, sighs broke out on set. Ji Suk-jin appealed his unfairness, stating, "I paid as much as I bought," but he ultimately had to shoulder more than 500,000 won alone. After completing the payment, Ji Suk-jin drew laughter by making a bitter joke, asking, "Can I pay in installments later?"
The members moved busily to find their own cards through quizzes, and the process continued as they moved in the order they answered correctly to retrieve their personal cards. Following an intense quiz battle where they answered correctly with terms such as 'Muse' and 'Cow,' the Namdaemun Market tour concluded with the payment made by Ji Suk-jin's personal card.
