Kang So Yeon leads 15 participants in 5km Yeouido city run

Creator Kang So Yeon led a "Ritual Running Session" through Yeouido, completing a 5km course with 15 participants following a preparatory 8–9km training run. The event, held at the Salomon Pavilion in The Hyundai, included a talk session and catering to foster dialogue through running.

Creator Kang So Yeon spent time communicating with participants through a "City Run" through the urban areas of Yeouido. According to a video released by Kang So Yeon, she participated in a "Ritual Running Session" held at the Salomon Pavilion in The Hyundai, completing a 5km course alongside 15 participants.

5km City Run through Yeouido prepared with thorough training

The session was conducted in a City Run format, running through the Yeouido area. Taking on the role of leader, Kang So Yeon stated that she managed her physical condition by practicing running distances of 8–9km the day before yesterday to ensure the session proceeded smoothly. Before the main run, Kang So Yeon focused on injury prevention by leading participants in stretching major joints, such as ankles and wrists. While she personally considers stretching important enough to devote about an hour to it, she conducted a brief session to account for the participants' running time.

Once the running began, Kang So Yeon and the participants ran the 5km section across the urban center of Yeouido. Throughout the course, Kang So Yeon led the atmosphere on-site by monitoring and encouraging the participants' pace. During the run, she shared her impressions of wearing Salomon products, noting their lightweight feel. Specifically, regarding the shoes she wore, she added that they were very light despite being rim shoes rather than carbon shoes.

Ritual session continued with running talk and catering

After completing the 5km run, a talk session was held where participants gathered to converse on the theme of running. The session was structured to embody the meaning of a "Ritual"—not merely running, but reflecting on oneself through running and engaging in dialogue on related topics. After finishing the run, participants spent time sitting together and chatting.

During the subsequent catering session, participants built rapport while sharing prepared food. Kang So Yeon enjoyed the food provided on-site and communicated naturally with the participants. The session also drew interest from participants through elements offering a Salomon brand experience, such as a custom service to create personalized sneakers by adding initials to the shoes.
