Behind the Scenes: Xdinary Heroes' Dream Performance at a Massive Indonesian Temple
Xdinary Heroes captured their journey to the Prambanan Jazz Festival in Indonesia. The footage follows their 11-hour trip, their experience wearing local Batik, and the preparations for their performance at the temple.
Xdinary Heroes embarked on a special journey as they participated in a massive festival held at a grand historical site in Indonesia. To perform at the Prambanan Jazz Festival, one of Indonesia's largest music festivals, the members endured a long journey to reach the destination.
The members underwent a long travel process, including an approximately 11-hour flight and layovers, traveling from Jakarta to Yogyakarta. Although they appeared exhausted during the transit, they expressed excitement at the prospect of performing at the iconic Prambanan Temple. They showed particular passion by purchasing and wearing Batik, traditional Indonesian attire, to immerse themselves in the local atmosphere.
"Local energy is beyond imagination" Sound check echoes through the temple
Arriving at the venue before the performance, the members focused on stage preparations through a sound check. The rehearsal, conducted amidst the mystical atmosphere of the ancient ruins, heightened the tension as it met the intense local heat. Dressed in traditional local attire, the members concentrated on stage monitoring and sound adjustments to prepare for a flawless performance.
The weather at the site presented a challenging environment for the members preparing for the show. Despite the pouring heat at the outdoor stage with no shade, the members encouraged one another, noting they "have experience." In particular, they expressed confidence in their upcoming stage, recalling the immense energy of the fans they felt during their previous visit to Indonesia.
Enjoying the flavors and style of Indonesia in Batik
Ahead of the performance, the members spent time experiencing the local culture. They visited Batik specialty shops to browse traditional clothing and eased their nerves by sampling local delicacies. Tasting snacks filled with the aroma of banana allowed them to enjoy the local flavors, serving as a boost to relieve pre-show tension.
The group drew attention for their efforts to deeply experience Indonesian culture beyond just performing, such as exploring the local natural environment by observing the temple's mysterious andesite rocks. This journey, where the grandeur of the ruins met the fervor of the festival, will remain another special milestone for Xdinary Heroes.
