Yangbans, a musical worldview spanning three songs: 'Heaven', 'Inner Light', and 'NIM'
The band Yangbans showcased their recent musical direction through a live performance on EBS 1TV's 'EBS Space', singing about all spaces in the world, selfhood, and affection for their fans.

The band Yangbans sang about all the spaces in the world, selfhood, and their affection for their fans through music. This performance, revealed through the live stage of EBS 1TV's 'EBS Space', was a place that compressively showed the recent musical flow of Yangbans.
From mountain tops to the deep sea, everywhere is Heaven
The song that opened the performance was 'Heaven', a track from their 2nd album [Wings of the Phoenix] released in 2026. This song, with lyrics written by Jeon Beom-seon and composed and arranged by Yangbans, contains a sense of awe for nature. Yangbans expressed through music the sensations they felt while looking at Ulsanbawi Rock from Sinseondae, Mount Kumgang in Goseong County, Gangwon Province. Carrying the message that not only mountain tops but also the deep sea and everywhere we breathe is a heavenly land, they sang that all beings possess qualities like Heaven.

A life that does not lose its own light, the value of 'Inner Light'
In the following stage, 'Inner Light' was performed. This song is based on the philosophy that "the best taste is one's own taste, and the best style is one's own style." Emphasizing that every person holds their own light, Yangbans delivered the message in the form of a mantra that it is important to live in one's own way (as one pleases) without losing that light. It is a part where they expressed the attitude of living while maintaining one's true self through musical language.
A confession toward the fandom 'NIM' and a preview of a new version
The performance was decorated by 'NIM' at the end. This song, a track from their fifth EP released in 2026, contains affection for the name of Yangbans' fandom, 'NIM'. It implies the meaning that "it is not just 'NIM' who is 'NIM', but everything that is missed is 'NIM'", expressing respect and longing for their fans. Meanwhile, Yangbans also added anticipation for their future activities by announcing that the 2025 version of Indiestance is scheduled to be re-released as a new version.
