Mixed-gender group ALLDAY PROJECT shares musical vision on KBS 'The Seasons S9'

Appearing on KBS 'The Seasons S9', five-member group ALLDAY PROJECT performed tracks from their debut and first EP while discussing the detailed tuning process required to blend male and female vocal tones.

Mixed-gender group ALLDAY PROJECT has revealed their musical direction and team cohesion. Appearing on KBS 'The Seasons S9', the group filled the stage by consecutively performing their debut song 'Famous' and the title track from their first EP, 'One More Time'.

"Being ourselves regardless of what others say"... Message in second EP 'CRASH'

ALLDAY PROJECT explained the creative direction of their recently released second EP, 'CRASH'. They stated that through this album, they intended to express their will to enjoy the present moment by making the cool music they want to make, rather than conforming to the eyes or standards of others. They emphasized that this five-track album focused on finding "what is uniquely us" instead of making music as others instruct.

The group also mentioned the musical challenges they face as a mixed-gender group. The members shared that they devote significant time to the process of harmoniously blending male and female vocal tones within a single song. They explained that they undergo a detailed tuning process for every song to ensure the transitions from the verse to the pre-chorus and then to the hook are not unnatural, focusing on increasing musical perfection through this process.

"We are like five siblings"... The daily life of a mixed-gender group playing with animal sounds

Comprised of five members, ALLDAY PROJECT maintains a relationship like "five siblings." The members revealed they are close enough to play by making animal sounds when they gather. They added that the video of TARZZAN appearing to attack a member, which recently became a hot topic online, was simply a depiction of their daily life stemming from the intimate rapport between members.

While everyone maintains professionalism by expressing clear opinions during music production, they build the team's color based on a family-like bond in their daily lives. The members stated that their goal is to become singers loved by all ages, similar to Sung Si-kyung.

TARZZAN's elementary school memories lead to the song 'On the Street'

The atmosphere on set was heightened when a personal anecdote from member TARZZAN was revealed. Born in 2002, TARZZAN recalled his experience singing on the street during his elementary school years. He shared a humorous anecdote that at the time, he sang because he liked the melody without even knowing the meaning of the lyrics, and if he sang that song, he would get a girlfriend the next day.

TARZZAN concluded the stage by performing 'On the Street', a song containing those memories. Through the song, which begins with the lyrics, "Since I have nothing to do on the street without you, if I just keep walking and walking, I occasionally encounter memories," he recreated the musical connection to his childhood memories on site.
