'Myeonmok Middle School' captures the heat of the 2026 Busan International Rock Festival
In the released video, Far East Asian Tigers use the lyrics of "Myeonmok Middle School" to sing of emotions regarding passing time and things that have been forgotten. The lyrics convey a sentiment of being unable to wave at time that has already flowed by and asking it to return, while expressing a desire to feel it once more if one falls asleep with a heart that watches the end of that already passed time. Furthermore, the lyrics unfold a situation where things passed by without being fully spoken, alongside reminiscences of beings that have been forgotten and stories hidden deep within the heart.
During the middle of the performance, a section appears where the energy of the song builds up with the shout, "Put your hands up!" In the video, the narrative of having words to say to someone who was discarded aligns with the flow of the song, accompanied by lyrics such as "Oh yeah, if you call me, throw me away, oh yeah, you really throw me away, throw me away." The members continue their playing in accordance with the emotion of the song, delivering the energy of the venue.
