This episode consists of a head-to-head battle themed around 'offal,' a preferred ingredient of Jang Hang Jun, and a team battle where Chinese and Italian chefs team up to compete.

The first battle is a head-to-head match between Yoon Nam-no and Jung Ho-young, targeting the palate of offal mania Jang Hang Jun. Jung Ho-young highlighted his experience working at a grilled offal specialty restaurant during his studies in Japan. While showing a worried reaction toward Yoon Nam-no, who earned a star this year, he expressed confidence, saying, "It's a subject I cannot lose."
