STAYC enjoys quality time with fans at Markmoak pop-up site

The group STAYC visited the Markmoak collaboration pop-up store to meet with fans. Despite the rainy weather, the members of STAYC showed their energetic side as they explored various areas of the pop-up store. Celebrating their collaboration with Markmoak, the members fully enjoyed the atmosphere on-site. This meeting held special significance as it marked the second visit for Markmoak and STAYC, specifically organized as a collaboration event.

Members' Playful Daily Lives and Unexpected Tastes at the Pop-up Site

The members had a wonderful time browsing through the diverse items at the pop-up store. In sync with the venue's vibe, they radiated energy by grooving and dancing. The interior of the pop-up store was filled with cute character items, and the members blended into the atmosphere while exploring the space. Embracing the spirit of the Markmoak and STAYC collaboration, the members fully enjoyed every sight the pop-up store had to offer.

While looking at desserts, member Jaeyi drew laughter from the group by revealing her differing tastes regarding lemon-flavored treats. While Jaeyi expressed a firm preference by stating she cannot eat anything with a lemon scent, the other members showed a contrasting reaction, favoring lemon flavors. Jaeyi caught the members' attention by saying, "I can't eat anything that smells like lemon," noting that she doesn't even like lemon pound cake.

Conversations also turned to meal menus. Member Yun shared that she had curry jjimdak, which she had enjoyed the previous day, for breakfast. Yun added that following the recipe exactly made it delicious, noting that the bunmoja was particularly tasty. After finishing her meal to satisfy the hunger she felt immediately upon waking up, Yun showed her focus on the upcoming schedule.

Choreography Debates and Preparations for the Guerrilla Performance

Ahead of the upcoming guerrilla performance, the members immersed themselves in practice to perfect their choreography. During this process, Yun and Seeun engaged in a cute debate over the movements and timing of the dance. Yun claimed she deserved about 15% of the credit for organizing and teaching the choreography, while Seeun countered, insisting her idea was the main movement. The members created a playful moment by asking fans for their opinions on which movement was the main one.

During practice, the members expressed fatigue due to the pouring rain and the intense choreography. One member joked, "This is so hard," saying it felt like an arm workout, but showed her professionalism by diving back into her performance with passion once she noticed the camera. Furthermore, she displayed unstoppable energy, even dancing while heading to brush her teeth, jokingly complaining that her abs hurt from laughing too much.

During the practice session, Yun and Seeun showcased their chemistry as the "Human Plum Seeuns" while sharing plums. Trading plums of different sweetness levels and communicating through gestures, they led the atmosphere with witty actions, such as stealing glances at the camera or performing their parts and quickly stepping away during practice. STAYC expressed their gratitude to the fans who visited them despite the rain and continued to connect with them through the guerrilla performance, keeping the energy of the site alive.
