Daesang Wellife Signs Nutritional Food Supply Agreement with China's China Resources Jiangzhong... Expanding Specialized Product Lines for Cancer Patients
Daesang Wellife has signed an agreement with China's healthcare company China Resources Jiangzhong for the joint research and supply of nutritional products.
Daesang Wellife has signed an agreement with China's local pharmaceutical and healthcare company, China Resources Jiangzhong, for the joint research and supply of nutritional products. This cooperation is a follow-up measure to the strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by both companies last June, focusing on specifying detailed procedures ranging from product development to supply.
Developing Customized Products by Combining Local Business Networks and Utilizing Distribution Channels
The two companies have decided to jointly develop products tailored to the demands of the Chinese market by combining Daesang Wellife's research and development (R&D) technology with the local business infrastructure held by China Resources Jiangzhong. China Resources Jiangzhong is a Chinese company equipped with infrastructure in the pharmaceutical and health consumer goods sectors, operating a healthcare business that combines traditional Chinese medicine resources with modern research technology.
Product distribution will be carried out through China Resources Jiangzhong's online and offline channels. While maintaining the existing cross-border e-commerce channel sales, they plan to significantly expand the range of supplied products. Beyond the New Care balanced nutritional food and blood sugar management products currently in distribution, they plan to widen the supply scope to include specialized product lines such as nutritional food for cancer patients.
Establishing a Foundation for Entering the Chinese Market and Expanding the Product Portfolio
During this agreement process, Daesang Wellife directly inspected the production facilities and research centers of China Resources Jiangzhong. Additionally, they visited e-commerce companies and distribution sites in the Hangzhou area to check local market conditions and review a practical foundation for entry.
A representative from Daesang Wellife explained that through this agreement, they have established a foundation to stably enter the Chinese market by specifying joint product development and local distribution plans. They further expressed their intention to steadily expand their portfolio by introducing specialized nutritional products suitable for Chinese consumers based on the expertise of both companies.
