"60-Month Aged Cheese at a Market?"... Alberto Introduces the Taste of 'Milano', Italy
In the JTBC show 'Talk Pa One 25 O'Clock', Alberto visited his hometown, the small town of 'Milano' near Venice, to introduce local market scenes, traditional ingredients, and his family life.

Alberto, who lives in Italy, visited his hometown village to introduce the scenery of the local market and traditional food ingredients. In the broadcast of JTBC 'Talk Pa One 25 O'Clock' aired on the 7th, Alberto visited 'Milano', a small town near Venice, showing him experiencing the local food culture and spending time with his family.
Scenery of a local market filled with 5-year aged cheese
In this broadcast, Alberto introduced 'Milano', an inland hub city located about 20km away from the main island of Venice. Alberto described this place as a "small Renaissance village in nature" and mentioned that it is a place with many beautiful houses where Venetian nobles used to build and stay in villas in the past.

The cast members, who visited the local Monday market (Mercato del lunedì), encountered a wealth of Italian food ingredients. The cheese, in particular, caught their attention. Alberto expressed surprise at seeing expensive Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, aged for 60 months (5 years), being sold at the market. He remarked, "Usually, they sell 24-month aged products as high-end, so it is surprising to see 60-month aged cheese being sold so casually at a market." He then explained that the cheese is a product protected by designation of origin, emphasizing the expertise of Italian food ingredients.
In addition to cheese, the market was full of food ingredients with deep Italian colors, such as olives the size of dates, dried tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and lupini beans. The cast members enjoyed the unique lively atmosphere of the market by tasting the food ingredients sold on-site.
Traditional sandwich 'Bramezzino' and local connections
During the market tour, Alberto visited the shop of a friend who was a former teammate on a soccer team. At that shop, they could taste 'Bramezzino', a traditional sandwich of the Venice region. The cast members experienced the local taste while being served sandwiches with the crusts removed.
In this process, Alberto also revealed his close relationships with the locals. The characteristics of Milano, where most of the village population has a tight bond and knows each other, were revealed. Alberto mentioned his connection with his local friend, conveying the simple and warm atmosphere of the village.
Italian home-cooked meals containing grandmother's touch
After finishing the market tour, the cast members visited Alberto's grandmother's house and encountered typical Italian home-cooked meals. The food prepared by the grandmother consisted of menus containing local sentiments. Alberto sat together with his family, sharing home-cooked meals and sharing daily life in the village.
This broadcast is meaningful in that Alberto personally introduced the village containing his upbringing background and showed the deep food culture and lifestyle of a local village, rather than a large city well-known to tourists.
