Singer Son Woo-hyeon is preparing a special space to share memories with fans in celebration of his 10th debut anniversary. Along with the news that he is opening a cafe to commemorate his 10th debut anniversary, Son Woo-hyeon revealed the process of personally developing signature menus for his fans.
Regarding the background of preparing this commemorative cafe, Son Woo-hyeon stated that it is a way to repay the fans who have supported him by hosting many events over the years. The intention is to create a space where fans can share and remember memories together. In particular, he mentioned his past experience working part-time at a cafe and set out to develop menus with a familiar appearance that recalls his nickname 'Baekgu' used at that time.

A combination of lemon freshness and caffeine, proposing the 'Vita 109' recipe
The first challenge in menu development was a coffee-based beverage. Focusing on the combination of coffee and lemon, Son Woo-hyeon attempted a 'Lemon Ice Americano' that emphasizes a refreshing taste. During the manufacturing process, he underwent multiple tests to find the optimal taste by adjusting the amount of lemon concentrate. Considering the amount of concentrate that goes into an ade, he finely adjusted the taste by adding two spoons, then three spoons of lemon concentrate.
He included his wish for fans to gain energy by consuming Vitamin C and caffeine simultaneously when they feel fatigued. For the menu name, he showed meticulous care for fans by proposing 'Vita 109', utilizing his debut date of October 9th.

A sweet encounter of chocolate and strawberry, conceiving 'Soni Gane-yo Latte'
The second menu presented is a non-coffee beverage using chocolate. Having revealed that he usually likes chocolate very much, Son Woo-hyeon created a sweet drink by combining milk, chocolate, and 20ml of strawberry syrup. He added flavor by mixing condensed milk and milk into this. He completed the blend by mentioning that condensed milk goes extremely well with strawberry.
Son Woo-hyeon concluded the menu development by contemplating a witty name, 'Soni Gane-yo Latte', utilizing his surname. He expressed that he would be very happy if the fans visiting the cafe enjoy the menus he personally developed.
