Chef Yoon Nam-no has taken the first step in a diet project aimed at weight loss. According to a video released by Studio Slam, Yoon expressed his intention to embark on a serious challenge after confirming his recently measured weight of 107.76kg, setting a goal to lose 10kg.
Yoon Nam-no faces weight results and joins jumping machine class
Before starting his exercise, Yoon faced his physical condition through an InBody measurement. The results showed his weight exceeded 100kg and his body fat percentage was also high. During the measurement process, Yoon showed embarrassment upon seeing his weight figure. The InBody results indicated he is positioned on the boundary between obesity and severe overweight.

Following the weight confirmation, Yoon visited a jumping machine class known for high-intensity exercise. Before starting the workout, he appeared tense, recalling breathing techniques he learned during his time in the Special Warfare Command as he continued a breathless sprint. Many members, including comedian Kim Hye-sun, participated in the scene, creating a heated atmosphere.
Struggling through high-intensity jumping class with "People don't die easily" remark
The jumping machine class proved to be a harsher experience than Yoon expected. While stepping on the trampoline and jumping to the music, he complained of rapid shortness of breath. He initially appeared flustered by the difficulty of matching the steps, but soon began following the movements thanks to the encouragement of other members.
As the intensity increased and the class moved into the "crazy" stage, Yoon's difficulties deepened. He expressed his struggle by crying out "Save me," and amidst the intense movements, he made a joking exclamation, "People don't die easily," revealing the pain of the exercise. Through the repeated high-intensity movements, he continued the workout, realizing that what one eats eventually returns to the body.
After finishing the workout, Yoon shared his thoughts, saying, "As someone who has exercised a bit, I gained a little confidence today." He expressed gratitude to the members who took the class with him and positively expressed the energy gained during the diet process.
Lamb Collection encountered during diet, quenching thirst with lamb flavor
After the grueling exercise, Yoon continued his meal through the "Lamb Collection," a new product in collaboration with Subway. As someone who usually enjoys lamb, he noted the combination of premium Australian lamb, smooth hummus, and chimichurri sauce included in this new product.
While tasting the Lamb and Hummus Sandwich, he expressed satisfaction with the harmonious aroma of the lamb and herbs. In particular, he emphasized the exotic flavor, mentioning that the smooth texture of the mashed hummus paired well with the lamb. This meal, conducted alongside the start of the diet project, served as a process to satisfy hunger after high-intensity exercise while confirming the characteristics of the product.
