The cast of the JTBC variety program 'Love War' engaged in a discussion analyzing the psychological mechanisms hidden behind the obsessive behavior of a specific participant.

In the episode of JTBC 'Love War' broadcast on the 2nd, various interpretations were exchanged among the cast regarding the unique dating views and behavioral patterns of participant So-hee. The cast noted the extreme expressions of affection shown by So-hee and her changing attitudes in specific situations.

"There is another personality"... voice tone that changes depending on the situation

The cast pointed out that So-hee displays a completely different attitude when performing certain actions. This is because it was observed that while she usually shouts or acts excitedly, her voice tone becomes abruptly calm during specific behaviors. In the video, regarding this change, reactions such as "the tone stays extremely still only when doing this action" and "there is another personality" were observed.

In particular, So-hee's behavior of clinging strongly to a partner or acting as if she is in a position of power was evaluated as being so extreme that it reminded the cast of a scene from a horror movie. Using expressions such as "it is an obsession like a horror movie" and "it is like Misery," the cast commented on her behavioral patterns.

A choice to gain attention: "Because they won't give attention if it's not a drinking session like that"

The cast provided an in-depth analysis of why So-hee repeats these behaviors. The analysis suggests that the reason So-hee shows obsessive behavior in specific situations, such as drinking sessions, is that it is difficult to gain attention from the other person unless such a situation occurs.

Cast member Kim Won identified the cause of So-hee's behavior as, "Because they won't give attention if it's not a drinking session like that." Following this, mentioning the relationship with Min-uk, Kim Won pointed out that if Min-uk becomes sober and fine without drinking, So-hee's justification for staying by his side may disappear. In other words, the interpretation is that a psychology is at work where she can only stay by the other person's side if Min-uk continues to be sick and lying down, needing her and creating a situation where she can help him.
