MEOVV's ELLA attempts quirky Guinness World Record challenges on YouTube

MEOVV member ELLA attempted three Guinness World Record missions on her YouTube channel, recording a time of 23.8 seconds for putting on socks before failing to stack hats as high as 40cm or 140cm.

ELLA, a member of the group MEOVV, showcased a series of unique challenges using everyday actions. Through her YouTube channel, she filmed herself attempting three missions to challenge "Guinness World Records": moving objects with chopsticks, putting on socks quickly, and stacking hats high.

Confident challenges meet unexpected obstacles

Before starting, ELLA expressed high expectations, suggesting she might perform better than current Guinness World Record holders. For the first mission—moving objects between plates using chopsticks—she showed her determination by mentioning the existing record of 26 items. However, during the actual attempt, she appeared flustered by the higher-than-expected difficulty as she realized her lack of chopstick skills. ELLA noted that while her chopstick skills are currently lacking, she hoped this challenge would serve as practice so she could use them skillfully during her next mukbang.

The atmosphere shifted during the second mission, putting on socks quickly. Having expressed confidence in this everyday task, ELLA achieved a time of 23.8 seconds. She mentioned target times of 10.47 seconds or 10.53 seconds, showing her will to go even faster, and shared the joy of the challenge by communicating with her fans, POM POM. ELLA encouraged fans to take on the challenge and tag her if they could set a record faster than her 23.8 seconds.

"I was confident about the socks": Third mission ends in failure and reflections

Unlike the previous attempts, ELLA struggled with the final mission of stacking hats as high as possible. Facing difficulty maintaining balance while trying to stack the hats, she was ultimately unable to complete the mission and expressed her intention to give up. The video shows her attempting to stack the hats to approximately 40cm or 140cm, but failing. Contrary to her initial confident attitude, she shared her honest feelings after the mission, stating, "I thought I could beat Mr. Guinness, but it was really too difficult."

Regarding the challenges, ELLA remarked, "I already knew I wasn't good at the chopsticks from the start." Regarding the sock-wearing mission, she joked about failing to reach her target time despite the task being an everyday action, saying, "Socks? I was confident about that. I'm only human." Finally, she expressed her determination for "GO HARD" activities and shared her wish for more diverse Guinness challenges to be prepared in the future.
