A Colorful Universe Contained in a Silver Truck

SKZ begins a new journey riding in a silver truck. Their agency, JYP Entertainment, has released the second teaser images for the new mini album 'THIS & THAT', set to be released on August 7 at 1 PM. The eight members—Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Kim Seung Min, and I.N—are dressed in matching white-toned outfits, filling the interior of a truck where different spaces have been prepared.

In the released photos, the members appear in spaces such as a cafe, a DJ booth, a movie theater, an airplane, and a hotel, all implemented inside the truck in a way that is both everyday and surreal. This setting inherits the unique surreal wit of SKZ, which previously twisted daily life using coffee as a motif, such as in 'Americano IV drip' or 'Orange Headset'. The album title 'THIS & THAT' means 'this and that,' capturing the group's identity of being able to handle any genre or concept. The silver truck, the key object of this promotion, appears throughout the entire process from the pre-trailer to the tracklist video, piercing through the album's universe.

These visuals connect to their early debut steps. The image of them in an old bus during their 2018 debut song 'District 9' has evolved in this album into a massive silver truck that encapsulates their identity. The musical narrative built through last August's 4th full album 'KARMA' and November's special album 'SKZ IT TAPE DO IT' expands through this first comeback work of 2026.

8 New Tracks Crafted by 3RACHA

The musical perfection is handled by their self-producing team, 3RACHA. This mini album includes a total of 8 new songs, including the title track 'This & That'. 3RACHA participated directly in the production of all songs in this album. The structure where the members themselves take the wheel of the music to create songs is the core driving force of the SKZ sound.

This album is the first result presented by SKZ in 2026. The diverse concepts contained within the massive space of the truck prove the group's spectrum. This new release, which will be released worldwide through various online music sites on August 7 at 1 PM, will become SKZ's new playlist targeting the summer season.

Musical Journey Continuing Since 2018 Debut

Starting their activities with the debut song 'District 9' in 2018, SKZ has been building the team's identity over the past 8 years. Last August, they released their 4th full album 'KARMA', and in November, they presented the special album 'SKZ IT TAPE DO IT'.

Prior to this second teaser, SKZ first showcased their visuals through the first teaser. On the 15th and 16th, they continued the promotion by sequentially releasing concept photos set against new spaces. The silver 'THIS & THAT' truck has been utilized as a major object of the album, appearing consecutively in the pre-trailer, trailer, and tracklist video.
