The group AtHeart revealed their bond through behind-the-scenes videos capturing the happy times they spent behind the scenes of music show stages. The released videos contain daily conversations and birthday celebration scenes shared by the members in the waiting rooms and on the stages of music shows such as Music Bank, THE SHOW, and M COUNTDOWN.
"It's hard to decide" Daily conversations ranging from menu worries to live performance concerns
In the video, the members had honest conversations ranging from the process of deciding on a menu in the music show waiting room to concerns during stage preparations. In the Music Bank waiting room, the members talked about foods they wanted to eat, such as kiwi and fresh strawberries, and specifically, two members shared their difficulty in deciding on a menu, saying, "Since both of us are people who can't decide quickly, this is how it feels when we go to eat." Previously, the members were shown struggling to decide on a menu without saying a word for 10 minutes.

Difficulties related to stage performance were also mentioned. One member mentioned her live singing skills, saying, "If I try too hard with the live singing, a nostril issue might occur." She continued, "My mom sent me a KakaoTalk message the other day saying, 'NAYEON, did you breathe today?' It was because my breathing was heard too much," sharing an episode where she worried that her nostrils might become a topic during the rehearsal monitoring process. She also showed relief, saying that fortunately, there were no problems during the broadcast.
The video heavily featured special moments celebrating member NAYEON's birthday. In a shooting piano video filmed the day before her birthday, NAYEON revealed, "Tomorrow is my birthday. I will be 17 years old (international age)." In response, the member next to her mentioned their relationship as being the same age based on international age, saying, "SEOYEON is 17 years old. From tomorrow, we are the same age." NAYEON shared her feelings about celebrating her birthday by recounting an anecdote of receiving cash as a gift from her youngest sibling who turned eight last year.
In the M COUNTDOWN waiting room, a scene of the members preparing a birthday celebration for NAYEON followed. The members sang a birthday song to NAYEON, saying, "Happy birthday to our beloved NAYEON." In particular, NAYEON expressed her feelings, saying, "I heard the unnies singing a birthday song while waiting. It is a truly happy birthday." NAYEON even made a joking suggestion for her birthday gift to the unnies, saying, "I should just buy them all food." Although NAYEON had a busy schedule on the day of her birthday, she added, "It was a day where I received more celebrations than enjoying it."
The excitement of music show activities was also glimpsed. The members shared their impressions of the stage environments and lighting of each broadcasting station. Regarding the THE SHOW stage, one member mentioned the stage environment, saying, "I like it because the lighting comes out so beautifully. Since it's the first time, I'm not used to this space." Additionally, they talked about the hairstyles and outfits shown during their activities. One member revealed, "Since people liked it every time I had long hair during this promotion, I wanted to show a wavy style," mentioning the harmony between the hair styling using ribbons and the sporty outfits. Meanwhile, a member showed a playful side, saying, "I will sing with my nose today."
Finally, the members expressed their feelings about the final stage (last broadcast) of this promotion. One member, expressing her feelings by saying, "I can't believe it's the last broadcast," showed anticipation for the next stage outfit, saying, "I thought of clothes like racing," using a racing car emoji.
