CHAEWON, Preferred Photocard Style is 'Photos Taken Close to the Face'

LE SSERAFIM member CHAEWON expressed her thoughts on her preferred photocard styles and her styling during past activities.

In the pre-release video for the 3rd episode of the Mnet Plus original content 〈FANS' CHOICE FACE〉, CHAEWON conducted a so-called 'Photocard World Cup,' selecting photos that match her taste from various photocard drafts she has shot in the past. The video was released on September 21 and 22 respectively through Mnet Plus.

Recollections and Preferences Regarding Past Activity Styling

In the video, CHAEWON mentioned her styling during past activities and shared her feelings at the time. Recalling the time during the 'FEARLESS' jacket shoot before her debut, she said, "I remember shooting it with a very fluttering heart." She also showed difficulty in choosing when discussing her blonde styling during 'HOT ISSUE' activities, saying, "Because I liked it so much."

Her preference for specific concepts was also clearly revealed. Mentioning a photo where she wore a chili pepper-shaped pin in her hair during 'HOT ISSUE' activities, CHAEWON chose it, saying, "Since it's a hot album, I'll go with hot." Additionally, mentioning the 'SPAGHETTI WEAVER' outfit, she added, "Personally, I think I like this outfit a lot." She then shared an anecdote about posting that photo on Instagram, mentioning that when she likes something, it tends to show, and that fans are aware of this.

'Photocard' Shooting Philosophy for Fans

Regarding the photocard composition, she showed consideration for the fans' tastes. CHAEWON mentioned photos wearing hats or photos taken close to the face, suggesting that she understands the styles fans prefer. In particular, mentioning the composition of taking photos with the face pressed close, she stated, "I am trying to shoot as cutely as possible to give a good gift to FEARNOT."

Furthermore, she pointed out elements that fans might like, such as compositions where a member's hand touches their face. In the video, CHAEWON continued to express her preferences while looking at photos where she wore glasses or had specific hair styling applied.
