For consumers aiming to win a housing subscription, it is essential to accurately identify their eligibility and establish strategies in accordance with the changing system. The core keyword of the recent housing subscription system can be summarized as 'childbirth.' This is because the system has been reorganized so that households that have undergone pregnancy, childbirth, or adoption within the last two years can occupy a relatively advantageous position in subscriptions.

Pay Attention to the Changed Subscription Environment, Such as the Establishment of Newborn Special Supply

According to a Korea Real Estate Board video, benefits for households that have had a birth or adoption within the last two years have been strengthened. In particular, with the establishment of the 'Newborn Special Supply,' those who meet the requirements need to actively look for subscription opportunities regardless of whether they are single or married. The presenter advised that before applying for a subscription, one should first check the types of applications available based on their own eligibility and approach strategically by identifying the conditions to secure priority for winning in each type.

When establishing a subscription strategy, the most reliable source of information is the 'Recruitment Announcement' for the housing one intends to apply for. The presenter explained, "It is best laid out in the announcement of the housing I intend to subscribe to," and added that if there are parts of the announcement that are ambiguous or vague in interpretation, inquiring directly with the business entity supplying that housing is the most accurate and advantageous method.

Unranked Subscriptions Possible Without a Subscription Account... Check How to Use Certificates

Practical knowledge regarding subscriptions was also shared through an OX quiz and Q&A session conducted during the event. According to the quiz content, 'unranked subscriptions' exist that can be applied for even without a subscription account, and criteria such as prioritizing applicants whose subscription account enrollment period is even one day earlier if the subscription points are identical were confirmed.

Information regarding the authentication methods required when using the subscription platform 'ApplyHome' was also covered. Currently, it is possible to log in to ApplyHome through various certificates, but not all certificates are usable. In the video, 'Hana Certificate' was mentioned as a certificate that cannot be used to log in to ApplyHome, and it was guided that service use is possible through various other authentication methods.

On the occasion of the publication of the new 『Everything About Housing Subscriptions』 package, the Korea Real Estate Board is supporting the public to access housing subscription information more easily by reflecting the latest subscription systems revised from 2020 to 2022.
