The daily life of a family of six, who sells agricultural products on Jeju Island while raising four siblings, has been revealed. Their lives, which became a family after giving birth to two sons and adopting two daughters, flow in harmony with the nature of Jeju Island.

"Suddenly in just one day"... The first meeting remembered by the two older brothers

Twelve-year-old eldest brother Dae-yeong remembers the day he first met his younger sister. In the video, Dae-yeong shared the wondrous experience of that time, saying, "Bo-bae came suddenly in just one day." The moment the two existing sons first faced their younger sister immediately after bringing the children from Seoul remains in photos. Dae-yeong reminisced about the memory of that time along with his appearance of taking care of his younger sibling. The memory of that day, when they welcomed an 80-day-old younger sister, remains as the family's history.

Childcare and agricultural sales continuing in a shop-cum-house

The couple quit their jobs 9 years ago and started selling agricultural products on Jeju Island to have the leeway to care for the children. The couple, who worked dual jobs as an after-school caregiver and a security guard, chose this path because they wanted the freedom to care for the children even if they earned less money. Currently, they live in a one-story building where the shop and house are attached, and they sell Jeju agricultural products harvested each season. The husband, Guk-hyeon, defined the act of changing clothes as commuting to and from work, explaining that the environment where the house and shop are attached is a great advantage for spending time with the children. This is because the working time and the time playing with the children are included together since the door is open.

Starting with the rice business, Guk-hyeon has grown the scale of the business, currently handling various items such as Hallabong. In the beginning, they sold about 30 containers' worth of goods in a Starex vehicle, but the scale has grown to the point where they can buy an entire field. The video captures them checking goods directly at the farm, measuring sugar content, and striving to deliver high-quality agricultural products to buyers. In particular, they showed joy when meeting good products while checking the sugar content of Hallabong.

Childcare made possible by trusting the father and the bond of the four siblings

The couple chose agriculture and sales instead of dual incomes for the sake of the children. The wife said, "Because I trusted the father, I wouldn't have been able to do anything recklessly," and added that she could reduce the burden of childcare thanks to her husband, who loves children. The four siblings spend time together using the inside and outside of the house as a playground. In particular, the eldest brother and the younger brother showed themselves caring for each other, such as taking the younger sibling's kickboard to pick her up when the mother and father went out. The children, who are scheduled to enter elementary school side-by-side with their older brothers in a few days, are growing up like friends while looking after one another.
