Chef Yoon Nam-no completed a 3km run at Hongjecheon Stream in Seoul in approximately 25 minutes before consuming several types of ramen, including a Ganjjambbong and Chapaguri mix, at a convenience store to satisfy intense hunger.

A video has been released capturing chefs running and indulging in food as part of a weight loss goal. In this video released by Studio Slam, Chef Yoon Nam-no and Chef Jung Ho-young visited Hongjecheon Stream in Seoul to enjoy running before heading to a convenience store for a meal.

"I need to lose 10kg": Yoon Nam-no's 3km Hongjecheon running challenge

Chef Yoon Nam-no began running at Hongjecheon Stream, mentioning a goal to lose 10kg for weight loss. Drawing on his running experience, Chef Jung Ho-young provided tips for the beginner Yoon Nam-no, such as how to use knee pads and how to take shorter strides on uphill sections. The two ran approximately 3km along the blue paths of Hongjecheon Stream. While Yoon Nam-no appeared to struggle during the uphill sections, he completed the 3km course in about 25 minutes with a pace in the 8-minute range.

"Starting to lose reason": Binge eating follows at the convenience store

After finishing the run, Chef Yoon Nam-no visited a convenience store, complaining of intense hunger. Contrary to his diet goals, he selected several types of ramen, including Ganjjambbong, Buldak Ramen, and Chapaguri. In particular, Yoon Nam-no presented a combination by mixing Ganjjambbong and Chapaguri. Chef Jung Ho-young mentioned that while chefs usually manage their diets before and after filming, there are cases where they cannot resist their appetite late at night. Along with the ramen purchased at the convenience store, Yoon Nam-no continued his meal with sweet potatoes.

Spicy ramen paired with refreshing tea: Jung Ho-young's pairing suggestion

During the intense ramen meal, Chef Jung Ho-young prepared Jeju Samda Young Tangerine Tea from OSULLOC and suggested it as a pairing. Chef Jung introduced the tea, stating it was a combination that could refreshingly cut through the spicy taste of the ramen. While eating the strongly spicy ramen combination, Yoon Nam-no was seen using the Young Tangerine Tea to cleanse his palate.
