(G)I-DLE targets summer with 9th mini-album 'We made'
(G)I-DLE will hold a media showcase on the afternoon of the 6th to celebrate the release of their 9th mini-album 'We made'. The members, consisting of Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, and Shuhua, aim for the summer season with this album.
The 9th mini-album 'We made' contains a total of five songs, including the title track 'Gimme Dat Love'. It includes the pre-release track 'Crow' and the digital single 'Mono (Feat. skaiwater)' released earlier this year, along with 'Morning' and 'Love Is Pain'.
The title track 'Gimme Dat Love' is a Latin pop-based summer love song characterized by its whistling sound. It sensually expresses a thirst-like love in the moment of being strongly attracted to each other, capturing emotions that spread like gaze, touch, and temperature.
The members' musical evolution is evident in this title track. While 'Mono (Feat. skaiwater)' focused on essence and 'Crow' revealed self-confidence, 'Gimme Dat Love' puts instinctive feelings of love at the forefront.
