Ahead of the release of the film 'HOPE', an unconventional Guest Visit (GV) schedule featuring representative directors of the Korean film industry has been announced. Moving beyond a simple screening, masters of Korean cinema, led by director Na Hong-jin, will take turns appearing before the audience.

The first schedule begins on July 14, the day before the release, at Lotte Cinema World Tower. On this day, directors Na Hong-jin and Lee Chang-dong will appear on stage together. The two directors are expected to have an in-depth discussion about their cinematic worlds and artistic concerns through the medium of 'HOPE'.

Plus M Entertainment announced the scale of this event through its official account, stating, "Korea's best are gathering! The 'HOPE' relay GV featuring Director Na Hong-jin X Master Directors has been confirmed." This is why the eyes of the film industry are turning toward World Tower on the 14th even before the release.

Actors Hwang Jung-min and Jo In-sung Join, a Relay of GV Schedules

On the release day, July 15, an even more intensive meeting will continue at Megabox COEX. On this day, not only the director but also the main stars who led the film will meet the audience directly. With film critic Lee Dong-jin moderating, Director Na Hong-jin will be joined on stage by actors Hwang Jung-min, Jo In-sung, and Jung Ho-yeon. They plan to share detailed behind-the-scenes stories from the filming set and the efforts made to build each character.

The excitement of the 15th does not stop there. On the same day at Megabox COEX, another GV featuring Director Na Hong-jin and Director Bong Joon-ho is scheduled. The scene of master director Bong Joon-ho meeting the audience alongside Na Hong-jin holds great significance for film fans in itself.

The grand finale of the relay will be held by Director Jang Jae-hyun at Megabox COEX on the 16th. A special GV featuring Director Na Hong-jin and Director Jang Jae-hyun is scheduled, and the three-day GV journey of 'HOPE' immediately following its release is expected to serve as a platform for expanding cinematic discourse.

GV Schedule Continuing for Three Days from July 14

The Guest Visit (GV) for the film 'HOPE' will be held in a relay from July 14 to 16. The first schedule begins on the 14th at Lotte Cinema World Tower.

On the 15th, two GVs will be held at Megabox COEX. This will be followed by the final special GV scheduled for the 16th at Megabox COEX. Detailed screening and GV information can be found on the respective theater apps and websites.

At the GV held at Megabox COEX on the 15th, actors Hwang Jung-min, Jo In-sung, and Jung Ho-yeon will attend along with Director Na Hong-jin. Critic Lee Dong-jin will moderate the session and join them on stage.

Na Hong-jin's new film 'HOPE' follows the story of 'Beom-seok', the head of the Hopo Port branch office located in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), who hears news from local youths that a tiger has appeared.
