Jang revealed that since his wife had been aware of his concerns regarding gynecomastia since their dating days, he proceeded with the surgery without prior consultation. He explained that because he was highly satisfied with the results, his wife accepted it naturally. Jang, who had previously felt self-conscious and hunched over due to the condition, overcame this through the procedure. However, regarding the side effects he is experiencing post-surgery, he shared his honest feelings, stating, "I have lost sensation. It feels as if I am constantly under anesthesia."
