Broadcaster Han Da-gam is awaiting a new life, announcing her pregnancy at the age of 47. Appearing on the recent episode of MBC's 'Radio Star', Han revealed that she is currently seven months pregnant and is expecting to give birth in late September. During the broadcast, Han shared her happy news, responding to colleagues' comments that her complexion had improved due to the pregnancy by saying, "Since I have such good news, I've even put on a little weight."

Han shared that after announcing her pregnancy, she received numerous congratulatory calls from fellow celebrities. The miracle brought by frozen eggs prepared in her 30s

Regarding the secret to her successful pregnancy at a later age, Han explained that the frozen eggs she had prepared in her 30s played a major role. "I froze my eggs when I was in my 30s," Han stated, adding, "When I checked at the hospital, the condition of the old eggs was so good that I could use them as they were." The eggs prepared in advance served as a crucial foundation for the current miracle. Currently at 27 weeks of pregnancy as of the recording, Han is preparing to meet her baby in good health.

The baby's nickname has been set as 'Chal-tteok-i'. As the name was decided after much deliberation regarding pregnancy at a later age, it carries the meaning of the baby sticking close like 'chal-tteok' (glutinous rice cake). Han expressed her earnest feelings behind the name, saying, "After contemplating pregnancy at a later age, I chose 'Chal-tteok-i' because I liked how it sounded like a phrase meaning 'it happened perfectly'."

Han drew laughter when she revealed that while she was flooded with congratulatory calls after the news, she did not call Kim Gura, with whom she had previously lived together.
